4. Paternity Leave
Expectant fathers or partners may be entitled to Paternity Leave. To be eligible for Paternity Leave an employee must have or expect to have responsibility for the child's upbringing, be the biological father of the child, the husband or partner of the mother (including same-sex relationships) or the adoptive parent and have worked continuously for 26 weeks leading into the 15th week before the baby is due or by the end of the week they are notified they are matched with their child.
