YourHR.guide Training

YourHR.guide Training is an accedited course and designed to give the learner a good grounding and understand about all the day to day areas of HR. It will help learners get the most out of YourHR.guide and how to use the content to implement and maintain all their HR documentation. It will also develop a wider understanding and knowledge about key areas of HR and employment law.

How YourHR.guide Training Works

Under each section you will see a page 'YourHR.guide Training'. This gives an overview of the training for that section (please note that not all section will have a training option).

For each topic / section there is a training page/workbook that can be accesssed that will guide the learner through the material and provides links to relevant material. At the end of each section the learner is asked to complete a multiple-choice assessment.  Learners can take each assessment 3 times. If they fail more than 3 times then access to the that subject is suspended. 

Purchasing the Training 

You can choose to purchase just one module at a time, can buy bundles or purchase all the training covering every section / topic.  

There is a link on each training page to take you to the page to purchase and then to log-in to the training site. 

In each section you will find the following: 

Introduction

Read the introductory page or watch the video 

Guided Reading

You will be guided through the material to read and given instuction for any exercises. 

The exercises will not of themselves form part of the assessment, but questions relating to some of the exercises will be askd in the assessent. Importanlty they will provide futher insight and help you to implement HR.  

Assessment 

You will be asked to complete an assessment. This will be a multiple choice online questionnaire.

Certification 

When you pass the assessment, you will be able to print a certificate, or decide to print 1 certicate covering all the section you have passed (the certificate will list the topics you have covered). 

We will notify you when there is new material or content. You can then visit YourHR.guide to read about any updates. Where we introdue new sections, topics or assessments, we will notifiy you of this.
